Upon receipt of full payment, intellectual property rights related to the work will transfer to the client.

Both parties agree to keep any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of working together confidential. This includes any business data, strategies, marketing plans, or any other sensitive information disclosed by either party.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sadiq Toky is not responsible for any damages, loss of data, or financial loss that may occur as a result of using the services or information provided through the Site. The client acknowledges that digital marketing involves some degree of risk, and results cannot be guaranteed.
8. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sadiq Toky, its affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from the client’s use of the Site, services, or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
